Petru Popa was born in the picturesque CălăraÈ™i/Romania by the enchanting Danube, is an incredibly passionate photographer with an impressive background in the fashion industry! His love for photography, travel, and surfing fuels his artistic journey, bringing a vibrant and unique perspective to every project he embarks on. Six years ago, Petru made the exciting move to Barcelona, where his serious photography adventure began and he dove into the exhilarating surf community he had long admired! He has collaborated with various brands and designers as a fashion photographer while capturing thrilling events for car and motorcycle enthusiasts. Inspired by the film “The Drifter” featuring Rob Machado,His photographic journey has whisked him away to breathtaking surf spots around the world, from Mexico to Indonesia, the Maldives, and beyond, filling his life with a sense of belonging and growth. Petru is dedicated to creating stunning imagery that showcases the beauty of travel and the excitement of surfing, all while continually evolving his craft!​
